Professional Experience

A Principal with Tauber & Balsers' Accounting and Auditing Department, Warren has over 16 years of professional experience. Prior to joining Tauber & Balser, P.C., Warren spent most of his career working for national accounting firms and most recently worked for a large regional accounting firm in Baltimore as the accounting and audit practice leader.

Warren's diverse experience in a variety of industry sectors include public and privately held companies, not-for-profit organizations, and governmental accounting and auditing. He also has performed diverse consulting engagements assisting accelerated and non-accelerated filers in designing and implementing the appropriate facets of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. He has extensive knowledge of financial US accounting standards for both the private and public sectors and significant depth in performing audits in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the US.
